Greta UK: Straight to DVD

THIS IS ONLY FOR THE UK

It looks like the most-awaited Hilary film is going to be released unnoticed.

Icon Movies UK has confirmed that Greta will be coming out straight-to-DVD in early 2010. The closest thing we got to ?theatrical? was a pointless private advanced screening where a few lucky fans were able to watch it in advance.

Three years of waiting and all we get is this? I personally think it?s the distributors? fault.

Some more info for you aswell about Greta, that was also posted on Imdb, that someone contacted Voltage Pictures and they have replied:

?Yes its sold to icon in UK who will probably release beginning of next year

but then they contacted icon in UK & they have said:

?greta is going straight to dvd & will be coming out at the start of 2010!?

I will try & dig up some more info by contacting them myself & find out as much as i can

Someone posted that is what happening to Greta in America. Maybe they got there information incorrect.

I was under the impression that America would be getting cinema release followed by DVD.

Seems UK only get Hiary's movies on DVD, like us these days. Not goo enough to warrent a cinema release.

I know I hope we get the theatrical release.....If America doesn't well that's it for us. I'll be so angry it's so unfair on Hilary she deserves more than this -.-
