Reminisce away about Hilary

I remember I though she was the coolest darn thing in those ripped jeans she used to get around in back in 04' haha. I miss her rock days lol.

I remember the first time I watched Lizzie McGuire. I was at my Aunty's house and was in the lounge by myself and put the TV on channel 2 and my cousin walked in and said "What are you watching?". I had seen commercials for Lizzie before so I replied "Lizzie McGuire". Haha.

I remember buying the "Why Not" single and thinking she's the greatest person in the world. She still is in fact!

Lol I remember when 'Meta' came out and I got the 'So yesterday' single as well and I'd been telling mum that I wasn't obsessed but after that I was Like "Ok I'm obsessed!!"

I used to get really mad if someone would say a bad word about her haha >.<

I remember not liking Lizzie McGuire at first! When I first saw the credits at the beginning and saw Lizzie was played by someone called Hilary Duff, it was the first time I'd ever seen anyone with the name Hilary and I thought it was weird.. I have nooo idea why haha.

And I was the same Bron! I would get overly cut at anyone who spoke crap about her.

I remember the first time I saw the Lizzie McGuire movie in 05. Watching Lizzie fall asleep on Gordo's shoulder and realizing that I was falling in love (well not really, but in a teen celeb crush kind of way). I remember Rewording the song Beautiful Soul by Jessie Mccartney and making about Hilary. I remember plastering my walls with posters of Hilary. I remember making a shrine to her in my cupboard lol.
I remember feeling so bad when I realized that I no longer had a crush on Hilary.
I remember in 06 after I lost interest in her for a bit and tried to get back into her music that I thought she was way to skinny (which she was).
Then I remember when Hilary went back to normal and came to Australia in 08 I went to her Brisbane concert.
As Rikki Lee was talking about how she had seen Hilary backstage I was almost in tears (how lame for a guy lol) that I would finally see her for real. Then I was hooked on her Dignity album. Every week since the concert (for about for weeks) I would relive it by playing her album in the dark and waving my glowstick around.

Ahhhh memories. I really hope she comes back soon. Two years has been far too long.

Lol Mel yeah I wanted to know what her name was and when I saw it was Hilary I didn't like it haha :p

Omg I used to have posters everywhere too lol the only one I have now is the big one from the 'Most Wanted' tour on the back of my door I just could not take that one down. and I may still have the Lizzie poster and picture I drew from 2003 in my wardrobe >.< haha!
