Yeah,I thought it was cooling down over there and I know LA can get warm but it can also get cool too.

Yeah, in my post above ^^ theres some pictures of the lady officer actually writing and putting the ticket there.
But can you blame her? She was probably in the salon for a few hours or maybe it turned out to be a longer appointment and she didn't realise so she paid a lesser amount.
