Sounds awesome Colleen, best of luck in the job offer.

Bummer, so I've heard the dust storm will be heading back to Sydney. I'd happend to be up that night/morning when the dust storm hit ~4am. First I thought it was my comp overheating then that dusty smell filtered my room (as my window was open). Then I experienced difficulty breathing, I looked out my window and there was this huge swell of red *stuff whooshing amoungst a tall palm tree swaying (like there was no tomrrow). It felt like an atomic bomb exploded, without the heat. :?

Dust has been falling in QLD since about 1pm. It's not suppose to be as bad as the other day. Which will be good.

I'm still awaiting to hear whether I was given the job. I doubt I have. I got another phone call on friday. The principal of Forest Lake College has requested that I be interviewed for a OHSC position that I applied for. I think I might have a good chance since I've already work for the sister school. There are 2 schools which are run by the same Education company, as there a private christian school. I have that interview on Monday @ 9am.

It was super quiet at work today everyone was at home watching the footy final haha!

Going to the chinese for dinner with my boyf then we're gonna do jello shots lol we made soo many!

I spent most of the day in my pj's it was good. Really don't wanna work tomorrow yukkkkk sick of it lol...as most are!

2 dust storms, couple of bush fires and now I'm sick again.

All the dust and smoke given me a ear and throat infection, which is kinda turned into a slight head cold. They reckon the dust should has settled down by today. But with another lot of westly winds to come through, it could stir up the dust a bit.

We need rain, to damp the ground. It's too dry at present.

Never heard about the first job I went for. Went for a second interview with another job yesterday, I'm suppose to hear back about that job today. I also have a 3rd interview to attend today. Both the 2nd and 3rd jobs are for OHSC positions at schools. one of the schools is a private run by the uniting and anglican churches and the other is a public school.

We've ahd quite a few bugs floating around lately.

I'm hoping I get a new job, which will get me away from all the bugs. I think my job gives me quite a few bugs.

I hate it when you go for an interview and they say will ring you the next day and they don't ring you.

I got a new job. I got the phone call on Wednesday to say that I was given the OHSC position. I told work last night that I was leaving and the father was very happy for me, whilst the mother wasn't.

I'm super happy to be getting out of there.

I have a 3hr orientation on friday after I do my last nanny shift on Friday.

yeah,so wish I lived by the beach.
Got my eyebrows waxed yesterday,they're so much more shaped. It was my first time too,it hurt a little but not too bad really. And I got my hair blow dryed straight today after the beach Smile

I hate getting my eyebrows waxed. They're not growing back as much now, so should become easier to have them waxed. I have very bushy eyebrows.

I love getting them done hurts a bit but they look so much better than plucking them!!

One of my best friends is getting married tomorrow and I still haven't got them a present lol I'll have to rush around after work -.-

And I love the cream they put on after they have waxed them lol.

Well I got them this towel set, they're really good quality and were half price lol not very exciting but what do you get for a wedding!? Also got a really nice photo frame.

This is one of the few Saturdays I have had off for 4 years! Wish I always got a proper weekend Sad

Yeah,the girl said that the first time hurts the most and you get used to it..
It's really relaxing too.
Home again and it's raining always seems to rain when I get back from a holiday..

I'm about to start my new job today. I have a 6hr shift. The school has a student free day today. It's probably the only darn school that has today off, as most schools don't have there student free day till like Oct 18 or something like that.

I have 3 shifts for this week and there all closes.

It was so nice and my friend looked so beautiful! Her dress was gorgeous! Lol I've only been to one as well, it was my sisters and I was a part of that :p

Sounds really nice Bron,ha! how weird is that! :p
It did last sat but we worked around it..wasn't as bad as it is now.
I've had to put all my music on my mp3 player all over again because somehow they got lost of the whole thing.
I didn't have a back up folder for them so I had to re download a lot of it,so annoying slowing getting it back.
